Pitching wunderkind Stephen Strasburg was spotted leaving City Island, escorted and toting some luggage and apparently is headed out of town. The Harrisburg Senators had no comment, but rumors have been circulating that Strasburg was going to be promoted, most likely to AAA Syracuse, this week.
