A 37-year-old man was arrested for stealing a foreigner's luggage and laptop at Xiamen Airport, according to the airport police of Xiamen.
The suspect, surnamed Lau, was from northeast China's Jilin province. He had been working as a cook in Shenzhen before he became addicted to gambling.
